Viagra purple is a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction problems.


For most patients, the maximum recommended dose is 100 mg taken, as needed, approximately 0.5 hour before sexual activity. However, VIAGRA PURPLE may be taken anywhere from 25 minutes to 6 hours before perfect sexual activity.

Based on effectiveness and toleration, may increase to a maximum of 150 mg or decrease to 25 mg perfect pills. Maximum recommended dosing frequency is only once per day.


PILLS: 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg, 120 and 150 mg is supplied as purple color, film-coated, rounded-purple-shaped pills containing sildenafil citrate equivalent to 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg or 150 mg of sildenafil citrate.

For most patients, the recommended dose is 50 mg taken, as needed, approximately 1 hour before sexual activity. Viagra Purple can potentiate the hypotensive effects of nitrates, alpha blockers, and anti-hypertensives. With concomitant use of alpha blockers, initiate purple pill at 25 mg dose.

CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin): Increase VIAGRA Purple exposure.

Ritonavir: Do not exceed a maximum single dose of 150 mg in a 48 hour period. Erythromycin or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole, saquinavir): Consider a starting dose of 25 mg.


Administration of PURPLE VIAGRA to patients using nitric oxide donors, such as organic nitrites in any form. VIAGRA PURPLE 100 was shown to potentiate the hypotensive effect of nitrates. These highlights do not include all the information needed to use this drug safely and effectively. There is a potential for cardiac risk of hard sexual activity in patients with preexisting cardiovascular disease. (BP <95/60 mmHg) or hypertension (BP >130/150 mmHg);
